FAQ
Yes. Dyvonix Invoices Pro is an add-on that requires the free Dyvonix Invoices plugin to be installed and active. The free plugin provides all the core invoicing features — Pro simply unlocks the brand colors and Stripe payment features on top of it.
Yes. Go to Dyvonix Invoices → Settings → License → Deactivate on This Site. This immediately frees the activation slot so you can paste the same key on a new domain. Business licenses (3 sites) and Agency licenses (unlimited) let you run multiple sites simultaneously without deactivating others.
Your Pro license never expires — the plugin continues working exactly as before. After 1 year, updates stop being delivered. You can continue using the version you have indefinitely, or purchase a renewal to get another year of updates and new features.
Only if you want to use online card payments. Brand colors work independently of Stripe — you can use Pro just for custom branding without setting up Stripe at all. If you do want Stripe payments, you'll need a free Stripe account and your API keys, which you paste into Settings → Online Payments.
Yes. Email support@dyvonix.com with your existing order and we'll arrange an upgrade at the price difference. Your existing key will be updated to the new tier — no reinstallation needed.
